I'm interested in receiving Metal bottles instead of plastic — how can I do that in the survey?
You can either add-on additional metal bottles to your order from the add-ons section of your survey, or change your pledge level to receive metal bottles.
To change pledge levels, click on your currently listed pledge level at the top of your survey to see the switching options:
From there, you should see the pledge levels available to switch into, and select the level with metal bottles you’d like to receive.

I’d like to upgrade one or more of my bottles to metal — how can I do that in the survey?
Rather than upgrading the bottles currently in your order, you can select a metal bottle as an “add-on item” which will add a metal bottle to your existing order or you can switch your pledge level to one that’s receiving metal bottles. To do that, click on your currently listed pledge level at the top of your survey to see the switching options:

Q: How do I use Cirkul?
A: Fill the Cirkul bottle with water, insert your favorite cartridge, dial-in your desired flavor level, and enjoy!
Q: How does Cirkul work?
A: Cirkul uses a patented cartridge and bottle system to bring flavor to water. A flavor cartridge (we call it a Cirkul Sip) is inserted into the top of the Cirkul bottle. Water flows from the tilted bottle through the cartridge where it mixes with flavor concentrate delivering delicious flavor to the user. A one-way valve prevents any flavor from entering the bottle itself, keeping the bottle clean and residue-free. This feature allows the user to change flavor levels at will, from plain to fully flavored water, dialing in their exact flavor sip by sip.
Q: What are Sips?
A: Sips are what we call our flavor cartridges. Our current Cirkul Sip categories are: LifeSip, FitSip, and GoSip.
Q: Does Cirkul also act as a water filter?
A: No, Cirkul only flavors and enhances water. We are currently investigating filtering solutions to purify and enhance your water. Stay tuned!
Q: How do I know what flavor setting I’m on?
A: The dial on the cartridge has a 0-10 indicator that let’s you easily adjust and remember your perfect setting.
Q: How long does a Cirkul Sip (flavor cartridge) last?
A: On our medium setting (dial #5), one Sip will last around 80oz (four bottle fill ups.)
Q: How long is a Cirkul Sip good for after it has been opened?
A: We expect Sips to be good for 1-2 years; however, we recommend consuming a Sip within one week of opening.
Q: Do Cirkul Sips need to be refrigerated?
A: No. Cirkul Sips can be stored at room temperature.
Q: Can I freeze Cirkul Sips?
A: Cirkul Sips should not be kept in the freezer.
Q: Are Cirkul Sips refillable?
A: No; however once a cartridge is empty it can be recycled.
Q: Are Cirkul Sips recyclable?
A: Yes.
Q: How do I know when a Cirkul Sip is empty?
A: You will notice a significant drop off in flavor immediately.
Q: Cirkul Sips seem expensive. Why do they cost so much?
A: One Cirkul Sip cartridge can flavor around 80oz of water, so you can fill up your Cirkul bottle four times before you need to change Sips! That comes out to about 75 cents per 20oz bottle. Additionally, Cirkul Sips are made with high quality ingredients, natural flavors, and a unique delivery system to provide you a healthy, customized beverage AND save you money.
Q: Where can I buy more cartridges after the Indiegogo campaign?
A: We will be launching an online store later this year where you will be able to order more cartridges. You’ll have the option to receive flavor cartridges on a recurring basis for your convenience or purchase them on a one-off basis.
Q: Will Cirkul be available at retail stores like Walmart, Target, or Costco?
A: No, Cirkul will only be available at DrinkCirkul.com and will be delivered directly to your door! Selling Cirkul directly to you, our customers, saves you the hassle of driving to the store and ensures that you get Cirkul products for the lowest price possible.
Q: When will I get my Cirkul after the campaign is over?
A: We are targeting fulfillment in September 2017.
Q: When will more cartridges be available after I run out?
A: After we fulfill orders from our Indiegogo campaign our backers will have priority access to order additional Cirkul bottles and cartridges. New customers will be placed on a waiting list before being able to order a bottle and cartridges as we gradually increase the number of Cirkul bottles and users to match the number of flavor cartridges we can produce.

A: Yes, as long as you use a Cirkul lid. Our lid utilizes a standard wide-mouth fitment which means it will fit right on most popular wide-mouth water bottles that you may already own.
Q: Can I use carbonated water in my bottle?
A: Cirkul Sips have been designed for use with plain water, but we can’t stop you from using your Cirkul bottle to drink carbonated water or any other kind of liquid for that matter!
Q: Can I take Cirkul Sips through the airport security line?
A: Yes. Our Sips are well under the 3oz limit, so you can bring them with you to stay hydrated and save money where ever your travels take you!
Q: Are Cirkul Sips safe for diabetics to drink?
A: People with diabetes should always consult their physician, registered dietitian or certified Diabetes educator to evaluate how certain foods can fit into their meal plan. That said, Cirkul Sips can be an excellent sugar-free beverage option for people living with diabetes.

A: It’s always wise to check with your children’s pediatrician for medical advice, but the ingredients in Cirkul Sips are recognized as safe for everyone, children included. Q: Why do some flavors use stevia?
A: Stevia leaf extract is another natural flavor with zero calories that some individuals prefer. Cirkul takes great pride in offering different options to satisfy the the needs of every lifestyle.
Q: Do Cirkul Sips have artificial coloring?
A: None of our flavors contain any artificial coloring. We utilize color to demonstrate flavor in many of our videos, but in reality Cirkul is colorless, which means no stains!
Q: Do Cirkul Sips have caffeine?
A: The only category of Sips that contains caffeine is Cirkul GoSips. The GoSip flavors are Black Cherry and Strawberry Watermelon.
What is BackerKit?

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
