Happy Monday! We want to provide a quick update on where we ended up after spending last week at our filler. On Friday we were able to ship about 10,000 completed cartridges to our fulfillment partner in Connecticut! Those cartridges will arrive tomorrow and be used for packing Indiegogo orders. We're working with a flow wrapper machine technician again today to get our packaging dialed-in and in steady-state production.
We're happy to be back in production, but we're still working to increase our daily cartridge production numbers, especially with the short holiday work week. Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible, based on the order in which they were placed and the flavors available in inventory. As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking information and a discount code for future orders!

Hi Cirkul Backers - quick update as we promised last week. We've just gotten back to our hotel in Daytona after a full day at our filler's facility. Good news - after two days of adjustments and troubleshooting, the flow wrapper is operational and we produced about 3,000 cartridges today. Not so good news - some of the packaging is coming off of the machine slightly misaligned as shown in the picture below:
We're certainly not happy with the result, but we expect that all of our backers understand that there are some kinks to work out and will be happy to receive fully sealed, fully functioning cartridges sooner than later. The machine technician will return on Monday to dial in the alignment issues so that going forward the packaging is perfect for everyone. We really appreciate everyone's support and will continue updates as production continues throughout the rest of the week.
We've gotten a few questions about the discount code we'll be providing for all Indiegogo Backers. We have not sent it out yet - it will be included with your shipping notification email. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us!

We've hit a snag in our production process. We have about 12,000 cartridges filled, but our horizontal flow wrapper, which is used to package the completed cartridge, is not working properly. The flow wrapper is essential because it ensures sure the cartridge is safely sealed before being shipped.
We’ve done our best to troubleshoot the issue ourselves, but so far we've been unsuccessful. The flow wrapper was purchased from an outside machine company and they are sending a technician to help us resolve the issue on Monday. We'll provide an update early next week to let you know how things have progressed.
We've put cartridge production on hold until we get the flow wrapping problem resolved. We were able to fill and package about 2,000 cartridges before the flow wrapper started having issues, but unfortunately most of our Indiegogo orders include a variety of flavors. As we've mentioned, as soon as your order ships you'll get a personalized email notification with a tracking number. You also should have received an email with a discount code to use on future orders to say thank you for your patience!
This is not the update we were hoping to make, but we wanted to share it with our backers so that you're aware of where we're at with your orders. As you know, Cirkul is a totally new product. We're experiencing some growing pains as we bring this innovative product to life, but we are confident that it will be worth the wait once you’re able to give Cirkul a spin! We can't say how appreciative we are of you, our early supporters. We know this is frustrating, but we're excited about the progress we've made and the product that we've produced. Thanks for all of your support! It is awesome to see how many people are excited to receive their Cirkul bottles. Here is a quick update on your orders:
The first shipment of cartridges has arrived to our fulfillment partner! They are beginning to pack up orders and will ship them out as soon as they are ready. Here is a picture of a box of finished cartridges ready for packing:
We also want to let you know that our automated filling equipment is not running at full speed yet. However, we're successfully continuing with production and continuing to get your cartridges completed as quickly as possible, and will be able to start shipping Indiegogo orders this week!
Shipping Process:
We'll be packing and shipping on a rolling basis, so as soon as an order is packed, it ships. We're going to do our best to ship orders in the same order they were placed, but there will be some variation. Here is a picture of an order being packed up to ship:
As soon as your order ships we will send you an email directly with individual tracking information so you will know when your order has shipped and when you can expect it to arrive. That email will also include a personalized discount code for future cartridge orders on our website as a thank you for your tremendous patience!

Hi Cirkul Backers - Happy Monday! We're excited to bring you the highly anticipated filling update.
After some unforeseen delays, we're underway with production of the final cartridges that will be filling out everyone's orders. We can't reiterate enough how thankful we are for everyone's patience. We know you're more than ready to receive your orders and give Cirkul a spin, and we're equally excited to ship them out! Here is a quick video of some cartridges coming off the line:
So, here's where we're at:
Filling, assembly, and packaging are underway. We have about 40,000 cartridges to fill assemble, and ship to our fulfillment facility for final pack-out of Indiegogo orders.
We're at a slightly slower pace than we had hoped on daily production. We're currently producing about 8,000 cartridges per day as opposed to the 12,000 we had anticipated. We're confident the production facility will continue to gather steam and increase capacity daily, but we wanted to let you know our current pace.
On Friday, we will make a shipment of cartridges from Florida to our fulfillment facility in Connecticut. The truck will travel over the weekend and arrive on Monday. Our fulfillment partner will finalize packing out everyone's orders and begin shipping as early as Wednesday.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a personalized discount code for future cartridge orders on our website. This is our way to say thank you for your patience!
