Production Progress
Production is coming along well, of course there are expected delays (a machine breaks, a shipment is missed, etc.) throughout the process, but the good news is that these have been planned for ahead of time and we're on track to begin shipping in September. We're thrilled to see everyone so excited to receive their bottles, and we're fired up to begin shipping the product as soon as we can. Once you get your bottle in your hands is when the fun really begins!

Cirkul in the News!
Cirkul made its national TV appearance on The Weather Channel's AMHQ! Our friend and big Cirkul fan, Katie Linendoll went on the air and showcased Cirkul as a product that's a must-have for this year. Katie relayed to viewers, "I've been drinking more water with this than ever before!" You can see the clip below on Facebook!

Cirkul Backers - you should have received an email asking you to complete a survey to select what flavors you'd like to receive, confirm your shipping information, and order additional bottles or flavor cartridges. If you haven't received a survey, check your spam folder or reach out to our support team at https://cirkul.backerkit.com/faq. We will not be able to fulfill your order until you complete your survey.

Hi Cirkul Team! We can't thank you enough for the overwhelming support! We're excited for everyone to be selecting their flavors and on-track to deliver them in September. That being said, we've had some great interaction with our backers and we think it makes sense to release two variety pack options for your selection!
We're going to be offering: a LifeSip Variety Pack with one of each of our LifeSip flavors (Fruit Punch, Pineapple Coconut, Raspberry Lemonade, and Sweet Tea & Lemon.)
And also a FitSip & GoSip Variety Pack containing a cartridge of each flavor (Orange Tangerine, Mixed Berry, Strawberry Watermelon, and Black Cherry!)
- We totally appreciate that it's hard to pick what flavors (we're admittedly big fans of every single one of our flavors) you might like ahead of getting to try them, so we can all agree that these two Variety Pack options should help you get a chance to sample them all!
- If you haven't made your flavor selections, you will see these options in the Backerkit link that has been sent to you. Please reach out to us if you haven't received your link yet and we'll be happy to help.
- If you've already made your selections, not to worry, it's easy to adjust your flavors, no orders have been locked in yet, please follow these steps:
1. Click the link in the Backerkit survey email you received last week (if the link doesn't cooperate, no worries, just visit https://cirkul.backerkit.com/ to request a new link.)
2. Once you're in, you will see your Order Confirmation page, please see "Pledge Items" and then click on "Edit Pledge Questions"
3. Update your flavor selections as desired (the Variety Packs are located at the end of the flavor list), once you're finished selecting, click Update, and then confirm your entire order once more.
4. Then you're all set to receive the flavors you've selected. If you'd like to change at a later point, feel free. The flavor selections are set to be locked down on July 14th, so there's still time to change your mind.

Surveys are coming!
1. Soon (within the next few days!), you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey, where you'll select your cartridge flavors, be able to order additional Cirkul bottles, lids, and cartridges, and confirm your shipping information! It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your order.
2. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, just click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your flavor selections, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you'd like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
3. After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts (we'll be sure to give everyone a heads-up when it's time to do this.)
4. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://cirkul.backerkit.com.
5. The BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you used to create your Indiegogo account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://cirkul.backerkit.com/faq.

The campaign was AMAZING! All thanks go out to you, our newest team members! We can't thank you enough and we're excited to begin delivering product as soon as possible. That being said we have a few updates.

Here's a quick rundown:
First, Indiegogo needs to transfer over the funds so we have the capital to continue to ramp up production (this can take up to two weeks).
Second, we have to find out your flavor selections and confirm where we need to ship them. We will send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.
We will give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You will not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your orders.
If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
Anyone who backed the campaign before the metal bottle stretch goal was released will be getting a special, discounted add-on price for the bottle. We appreciate you being first!
